Navigation data download

Hello I am probably stupid, but I try to use FIF on two devices and every device shows me a problem with navigation data download.
1. Samsung galaxy 8,9´ (GT 7300, Android 3.2) shows me after switching on "Navigation database OK". As soon as I confirm it, there is a message "navigation data are not updated". I tried to download it again, message "download OK", but no data downloaded again. No .pdf s, no other information about airfields etc.
2. Samsung S4mini (Andriod version unknown because it is importing data for about 6 hours and still says "Please wait") is unable to import navigation data. I am trying to do it for the third time, every time it takes about 7 hours imorting data and there is a message " Import not OK" at the end.

hello, something similar happened to me when the battery saver interrupts wifi connection, I set the phone to the screen from turning off during battery charging and fixed (obviously download the database during charging)
