- Fixed bug: Merge Logbook rows was impossible when logbook list sorted descent
- Fixed bug: Altitude strip have shown bad value when flying over 9999m (only metric)

- Fixed bug: In case of not installed elevation data some airspaces was displayed all the time (did not hide whem flying above)
