I am a user who is already subscribed to ur paid version. However I have changed my mobile and need to reinstall the app in the new device. Though I am having the key file which I had paid for, I have been prompted to subscribe again for which I will have to pay. Please help.

Hi

As far I know, if you susbcribe to FIF via Google Play , the subscription is "per user" and "not per device"
DOing so, I have paid only once my yearly subscription to FIF and installed it on 3 phones and 2 tablets...

A year ago, FIF moved from a one time purchase to a yearly subscription application with in application purchase.
The old FIF unlocker doesn't work any more
User of the previous version can still use it, but they don't have access to Database update

I have the same problem. I have FIF app since 2015 in Tablet and smartphone Samsung S4mini , but now i bought Nokia 6.1 with the same SIM card.
What is the procedure of installing in new mobile? :oops:

FIF subscription is linked to your gmail account, not to your SIM
Since it moved to yearly fees, you need :
1 - to remove FIF unlocked that became useless
2 - to pay purchase the yearly subscription fees
This is what I did
