ICAO Map Germany

I would like to ask how can I use official DFS ICAO Germany Map in the app.
Is the only way to scan the map or maybe you can consider also to sell the ICAO or Editerra maps.

If you have it in elektronics format, it can be convereted.

Application use rmaps format and can import also Slippy Mercator

why the German ICAO maps?
I deal with the openflight maps,
OFM formatted, working great with
Fif.
FG ha
