Hi,
I make my own raster map with scanned paper charts. I use Mapc2mapc without much problem until this map. There is vast area of black dots when the chart appears on the app but clean when viewed with Mapc2mapc. Any suggestion on how to fix this?

Try to use Global Mapper. Your program has a lot of bugs and limits
