Estonian VFR map from PDF to the app

Can anyone help with getting the Estonian VFR map from PDF format to be inside the Fly Is Fun app?

The map itself is in PDF format at https://aim.eans.ee/index.php?option=co ... 19&lang=en

I know in the future it will also be released as GeoTIFF, but not yet. So the confersion would need to be from PDF. Any pointers on exact steps to get it from PDF to be in the app format?
