Input of Waypoint

I am attempting to enter a point at 33 36.0 S, 150 46.8 E

I input this to the application as "-33:36.0" & "150:46.8". This has worked for dozens of other points.

The application accepts the number, but when I check the numbers are shown as: 'S 33:35.00099' & E '150.46.00079' which is 1.20nm away.

A bug in the input / storage / output routine perhaps?

Is not the same 30°25' 55" (30:25:55) than 30°25,55' (30:25,55)
First example is Degree(°) Minutes (') Seconds (")
Second example is Degree (°) Minutes an decimal fo minutes
