import/export route files im gpx format?

Hi,

Is it possible to handle route files in gpx format?
If not , do you think to incoorporate this feature im the future?

Hi rotaxquax

I see from other posts you are a smart guy. So I will suggest you to give gpsbabel a try.
If I am not mistaken, it can convert from lots of formats, gpx included, to some that FiF can accept. CSV perharps. Just guessing.
It is not the perfect solution, but at least maybe you be able to use your routes right away.

Put your findings here please.

Hi bitbrusher,
many thanks for your idea...and you are right, I deal with
gpsbabel on my Linux Notebooks.. :D
So, my intention is more to export FIF routes to other
programs "around the world".... :P for instance
Vfr-plan for endurance and other calculations... ;)

Anyway. ..what a brilliant program.!!

Here is the sample of reoute gpx file, which is possible to import (unzip first :-) )
Open route list, Menu / Import...

ahhhh....I have noticed the possibilty to export kml-files...so
one can convert with online converters from kml to gpx.....
for instance with http://www.kml2gpx.cxm
another nice online tool is http://www.gpsies.Cox....
anyway....a great program :D
