Metars (Cieling and Visibility) on Map

Hi, thank you so much for all your work in regards toFIF and in special to the last extension by Metars.
This function is very helpful.
In my guess it would be another major improvement, if on request you could show ceiling and visibilty of all stations with Metars at the map.
This will improve the inflight decision making in regards to the weather so much.
A similar function is available at Topmeteo and the according App.

In a former post I suggested adding a donation option to the FIF webpage, because it should be possible to support and reward your effort.

Hi Hans,
Several days ago I have published version 26.50 which displays METARs at the map. I worked on in 3 weeks, no break .
Colors of METAR station depends of visibility and ceiling in combination with selected color scheme.

I added also wind arrow. Is it OK for you?

I am working now on displaying TAFs at the map. Now you can display at the main screen MTS - METAR / TAF switcher. It works only on /off METARs now. But in the nera future there will be loop:
OFF
METAR
TAF + 1 hour from now
TAF + 3
...
TAF + í

Donate button good idea, maybe in the near future. I must finish TAFs at the map and then maybe weight and balance
