German Airspace Failures

From the beginning of 2019 there has been some changes not considered in the database updates so far.

TMZ Saabrücken comprises only the CTR from 2500 to FL65.

TMZ Luxembourg_A from 5500 to FL65 is Airspace D (not CTR) from 5500 to FL100.

Could you amend these changes with the next update, please?
