max elevation along routes

I found the max terrain elevation calc a handy safety tool.
Now we can see far better what FL would be required to go from point A to B, accounting for navigation errors.

The Max elev may be eventually added as another data field of each route leg, with the caviat of pushing a bit hard on the hardware when defining the route.

In any case, it is pretty nice already!
