export of route-data into ASCII-file

Hello,
I am in-training for my PPL and use FIF intensely for planning my training-flights. As we still do so as if GPS was not invented I transcript the route-data (courses, distances, ...) into a spreadsheet in order to make a printed copy.
It would be very helpful, if the data of a route could be exported into an ASCII-file from where they could be imported into any third party program.
