Prohibited and restricted area not existing LFP86 & LFR86

Hello,
FiF Is showing in the vicinity of La Hague, two area prohibited LFP86 and restricted LFR86 not existing in the French AIP nor on the OACI French chart. Only the LFP7 is currently existing..
Where does these areas come from..??

Another issue is LFP7 for La Hague prohibited area is showing two circle at the same time where there is only one area as per the French OACI chart

In fact they are filed in a specific chapter ENR 5.1-5-1 ZONES PROVISOIREMENT INACTIVES TEMPORARILY INACTIVE Areas.
As not shown on OACI country official chart they shouldn't be shown I believe.. This in order to have clear situation on real prohibited, dangerous, or restricted areas
