amendments of some TWPS in Austria

I'd like to report the following amendments of the World-Nav-Data 1703/172 from march 2. 2017:

TWPS of aerodrome LOGK:
- CH (Kapfenbg Charly 3000) is entirely deleted;
- NO (Kapfenbg Nov) was moved from N 47:27.45003 / E 015:16.04221 to N 47:28.6 / E 015:15.2
- WH (Kapfenbg Whisk) was moved from N 47:24.45007 / E 015:12.84302 to N 47:26.1 / E 015:14.0

TWPS of aerodrome LOAN:
- The additional REP „O“ at N 47:47.0105 / E 015:19.1573 for the approach from south has been established.

TWPS of airport LOWG:
- GR (Graz Gratwein) is entirely deleted;
- Instead of GR the new REP „GN“ (Graz Nord) at N 47:08.323 / E 015:17.238 has been established.
