Data needs attention!

After successful loading of all navigation data of the 1908 cycle, as well and after restarting the program, information appears that "Data needs attention"! Re-loading previously received data leads to the same result. The program was purchased a few years ago. Yesterday I paid for a one-year subscription. I ask for help in solving this issue.
