GLONASS constellation

does your software interprets messages from GLONASS constellation? I have compared precision from HTC ONE X which receives GPS signal only and Samsung tablet P3110 which can receive GLONASS messages along with GPS. I noted that precision on Samsung is even worse than HTC, not much, couple of feet but I have expected much better precision due to increased number of satellites. I have tested in other software and I can use regularly around 16 satellites for fix.
