No, It does not work, I get download error, and would really like to fix it. Any tips?

https://applications.icao.int/dataservices/default.aspx

I thinks there is only 100 NOTAM queris for free. Then you must create a new account or pay.

Other Apps, like "VFRNotam", a sidekick app from VFRNav, doesn't need an account at ICAO.
I don't know, where it retreives its data, but definitely it is for free for ever.
