Battery draining

Hello,
Using successfully FIF for years. Very powerful, very useful, easy to handle. Congrats. But...Having downloaded FIF on several mobile phones I had (LG, Motorola, Alcatel etc) the problem is that battery gets drained even when phone is being charged in flight. GPS+FIF+Display seems exhausting the battery faster than charger can fill it. Tried several charger (1A, 2A) with same result. Yesterday, my phone turned black after about 1h flight or so.
Would you have any tip/recommendation?

Hi Claude,

I have spent many hours and ££s and have bought lots of 12v chargers to try to find a solution to this. Most of the ones on Ebay profess to charge at high power but almost none of them do. This little one does.... Ebay item number (on UK site) 302090431561 hopefully you can find one local to you. It has everything I need, good connector, curly lead, small power pack that doesn't seen to get warm, the power bit fits well into the lighter socket and doesn't come out, AND it seems to put more into my Note 3 and Xoom 2 than FIF sucks out.
