New calculated values - xwind

Hello,

FiF can calculate (and display) some values, for instance ETA, GS, etc.

I would like to propose (to aks) to add two values more:
- head/tail wind
- cross wind

These values might be calculated on basis of data entered by the user in Route->Summary dialog box or data extracted from METARs of airports in the vincinity grabbed by the net.

Values might be calculated in two variants:
- as actual values (by comparing wind with current GS and HDG)
- as hipotethical values at given airport (by comparing wind with RWY direction).

I am sure this would be very usefull and seems to be not complicated.
