The AWYs may be useful but they are restricted to FL150 and above in all brazilian airspace. So most GA traffic dont use them.
For us the most important missing data are the wpts in IFR departures, arrivals and GPS approaches (we call the last RNAVs procedures).
They could be found in PDF format at
http://www.aisweb.aer.mil.br/?i=cartasonce there, click on the blue link below AIRAC: "Paginas Inicias (Checklist PDF)"
there is a pdf with a list starting around page 61 (section "COORDS")
There is a catch, however, runway threshold fixes dont have unique names.
for instance all RWY 18 runway thresholds are named RWY18 in this list. One may
prepend the airport indicative to differentiate them. The list is heterogeneous regarding
the coordinate format (ddd mm.mm as well as ddd mm ss.s).
by the way, i made a couple of flights using the srtm terrain files and found the system excellent, plenty of info with a friendly interface.
