Consulting the Dowload Menu wihout restarting FIF

Hi Petr,

When consulting the various items in the Download menu to check the need to redownload some elements, I noticed that FIF is restarting every time you exit a sub-menu, even if nothing has been downloaded.

Suggestion: would it be possible to avoid these restarts and only do it in case downloads actually happened ?
This would allow to browse through all sub-menus to check their status.
