alternative purchase options

Is there an alternative to the playstore to purchase a license?

And then I have a few suggestion/questions. I found this app searching for an app that emulates the functionality of a Garmin GPSmap 196.
For weeks I didn't find anything closely comparable. Fly is FUN is great and powerful, but lacks a few little things I used in a GPSmap, namely:

- The HSI dots were linear, not angular or logarithmic and could go as low as 0.25nm for 5 dots, so 0.05nm per dot (important for survey flights).
- GPSmap has a field "TURN" which tells you how many degrees to turn left or right to get back on track
- the cross track field switches to m or ft instead of 0.00x nm
- there's free US VNCs and Canada VNCs and integration of those would pretty much eliminate my use of FLTplan GO

Thanks a ton for making one useful app with a great user interface that lets one operate efficiently even in flight. Almost as good as Garmins GPSmap!

Just for curiosity, how much it cost to use Garmin?

Oh the Garmin GPSmap x96 is not an app, It's a hardware device, unfortunately no longer produced and it was really expensive. But is was perfect for helicopter flying and has a great UI with its buttons. Really great design - 100 times better than GNS430.

It cost around 800$ but that was ten years ago I think.
