Android 14 compatibily

Hi,
User of this fantastic application sînce 2014, I have a problem with my new smartphone Samsung Galaxy S24+ (release android 14). It is impossible to access to the app in my PC in order to load new sqlite maps. This issue is due to the Android new security policies introduced with this release 14.
How to solve this issue?
