I have a similar issue. The loading takes ages, afterwards does the app sometimes work good but mostly does the app have huge delays afters touch input up to final or crashes or even no reaction any more.
HW: Galaxy Tap 2. App installed on internal storage..
I reinstalled the app several times I even reseted the whole Tablet.
The App is working perfectly on my S9+..
Any advise?

I realized that I don't have any more the unlock app on the tablet after factory reset. Does this maybe correlate with the very slow start and slow performance ? Where do I get it again and is is still needed?
